We invite you to a workshop dedicated to an exploration of the inner child. Together, in a supportive and compassionate environment, we'll unpack many of the beliefs held by the young one within us. Next, we'll inquire into the judgments we have about that young one. We’ll use The Work of Byron Katie to reveal the path to a more loving relationship with this essential part of ourselves.

This workshop will help you shift your relationship to the inner child, connecting not only to its vulnerability but also to its resourcefulness.

Together, let's discover the treasures these young parts hold.

This is a two-day workshop, meeting from 10am -1:30pm PT / 1pm-4:30pm ET on September 9th and 10th. Optional evening homework will be included.
