First- Katie has a saying that if you see a snake in the road, and then realize it is a rope, no matter how much someone tries to tell you that its a snake you KNOW that it is just a piece of rope.

today I saw the part of me that believes it is a snake, even if I get very close, touch it, it doesnt matter. It still believes it is a snake. It is terrorized, fearful. For years I have been trying to make that part realized its just a piece of rope.

Today that part of me, the terrorized one that cant see or realize, that part is welcome too. No need to fix or change it, it is a beloved part of my inner family

Second- While facilitating someone they said something that hit me deep. When believing a thought, what the inner child within wants from mother included that she ''admit helplessness". What would the world be like if we could without fear of an imagined future?
