This book has a drawing of the perfect person and you are invited to compare yourself to that perfection, which results in misery. Comparing- is it practicing kindness?
When working a belief such as "I could do better" are we ultimately comparing an imagined self to who we believe we are? Is every 'I' belief a comparison and thus prone to misery?
